As a Law graduate from Leeds Beckett University, Tasneem's started her career at a legal firm in Ramallah, Palestine, before moving back to the UK to change direction and explore the technology and recruitment sectors. Now as Associate Partner at Albany Beck, Tasneem is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and is involved in a number of programmes that promote equality of opportunity in business.
